“Shadow Play” is a full day of connection to self, to horses, to others. Inspired through equine activities and expressive arts, we’ll be exploring the shadow self in this creative play retreat. I can’t wait!

There is a relationship between the Forest and ourselves. Rosemary Miguez began collecting beautiful pieces of wood to create art which would stimulate a dialogue – through art – about the importance of the Forest – not only seeing the beauty, but asking: what does the Forest teach us; what inspires us as we observe Nature, and what we can learn from the First Peoples in order to go forward in a responsible, caring way.

Come, walk the Forest path and take what is offered.
